In this stage, you make holes on PVC or Aluminum profiles for door handles, sash fastener channels and espagnolette.

You can do this with some hand tools, manual machines, or automatic machinery. In addition, you can have some CNC lines (PVC Profile proccess center) that will operate this stage automatically.

Opening water slots

Water slots are necessary in insulated windows to collect drain water and lead it out. You can open these slots with some hand tools or with aluminum & PVC water slot machine.

For aluminum window, your machine should be equipped with cooling system.
