PVC Bending machines are being used to make arched PVC windows. If you are a UPVC window manufacturer, maybe some of the your customers have arched window orders. If you buy one PVC profile bending machine, you will be able to produce a wide various arched windows such as circle windows or windows with curves.

UPVC profile needs heating to bend. Heating system in our PVC bending machinery is in two types:

• Hot Air heating
• Glycerin heating

Heat 3000 and Heat 6000 are Glycerin systems.

Twist 3000 and speed 5500 are hot air systems.

As you know, there are different types of profiles in a window such as:

• Frame profiles,
• Mullion profiles,
• Window sash profiles,
• Door sash profiles,
• Single glazing bead profiles,
• Double glazing bead profiles.

And moulding is needed for all of the profiles to save profile shape at bending time.

When you order PVC profile bending machine, it is necessary to inform us which brand of profile you use. Also. if we do not access to your profile, you must send us sample of all of the your profiles to make moulds.

Twist 3000 and Heat 3000 are manual. Speed 5500 and heat 6000 are motorized.
