For example, to produce 10 – 15 normal window or door per 8 hours it is enough to set up a standard single-head set of PVC window and door machines, and for output of 25 – 30 normal window and doors produced per 8 hours, the standard two head PVC window and door machine set is required. You may need CNC PVC window and door machines to make more than 50 products per day.

Budgetary price for setting up a standard single-head UPVC window machines is around 25000-30000 Euro (depends on your place) as the following items:

• 17000–20000 Euro for PVC window machines ( depends on your location, transport and custom taxes included)

• 2000–3000 Euro for air compressor and other equipments

• 6000-7000 Euro for the first profile and accessories

As it shows, you do not need so big money to create UPVC window and door workshop!

Finally, you need to do production planning and at least four employees to operate PVC machines. Your production capacity depends on the employee's profession.
